Terms
The agreement
FMC is run by Anes Abderrahim Haddad. Using it means accepting what is below. It is short, because there is not much to agree to.
What FMC is
A place to state a commitment and record proof that it was kept. Challenges set a standard; members answer to it; the Record says what happened. FMC does not judge whether your standard is a good one — it records whether you met it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person. One email address, one account.
- Your password is yours to protect. Tell us if you think somebody else has it.
- You are responsible for what you post and what you record.
What you may not do
- Submit a photograph that is not what it claims to be, or somebody else's.
- Post sexual content, graphic violence, harassment, or anything illegal.
- Use FMC to target, expose or humiliate another person.
- Attempt to break, overload or work around the service.
Breaking these can mean content removed, an account suspended, or an account closed. The community rules explain which is which.
Challenges you create
If you run a challenge, you decide its tasks and its standard, and you see the proof its members submit. That comes with responsibility: the people in it answer to a rule you wrote. You may not use a challenge to collect photographs for a purpose its members were not told about.
Proof and your Record
Once a cycle closes, its verdict is fixed. FMC does not re-judge a closed period, and neither can you — that is what makes a Record worth having. Photographs can be removed; a closed verdict cannot be edited.
Deleting your account
Settings deletes your account. It stops working immediately; your personal data, your proofs and your Record are permanently deleted 14 days later, and until then you can cancel with the link we email you. Two things stay:
- Work you recorded for an employer, tied to a former member rather than to you, until that workspace's own retention period ends. It is their record of work that was done, not yours to withdraw.
- Moderation records, if any, so that the same account cannot be created again to escape a suspension.
If you own a workspace you must hand it over or close it first. A workspace with no owner strands everybody in it.
What we promise, and what we don't
FMC is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We are not liable for what you choose to commit to, or for what a challenge creator does with a challenge.
Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, you will be asked to read and accept them before carrying on.
